Wait Staff - Pretoria

We are looking for a Wait Staff.
Responsibilities :

• Customer Service:
  • Greet and seat guests, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Menu Knowledge:
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu, including food and drink options, and be able to make recommendations.
• Order Taking:
  • Accurately take food and drink orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Food and Beverage Service:
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are correct and presented well.
• Table Maintenance:
  • Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and refill drinks as needed.
• Handling Payments:
  • Process payments accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Cleaning and Resetting Tables:
  • Clear tables after guests leave and reset them for the next customers.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues that may arise.
• Adhering to Health and Safety Standards:
  • Follow proper sanitation and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Handling Complaints:
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, seeking assistance from management if necessary.
