Position : Security Supervisor - Oshakati

We are looking for a Security Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Client and Customer relations and service
  • Ensure proper incident reporting with all related statements and documents
  • Control and Management of all security personnel during your shift, as per security rules, regulations and procedures
  • Reporting on non-compliance of Site Operational Procedures
  • Address and attend to client/customer complaints or incidents immediately
  • Conduct random inspections and patrols during shift

Additional Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a school qualification of at least Grade 12.
  • Good English communication verbally and written
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry
  • Medically Healthy and Fit
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good report writing skills
  • Able to enforce strict discipline over sub-ordinates
  • Valid Namibian driver's licence
  • Police Code of Conduct certificate not older than 3 months
