Sales Manager - Mpumalanga,Gauteng,Eastern Cape.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities :

• Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
• Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
• Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
• Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Serving as the face of our company to internal and external partners.
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Setting sales quotas and goals.
