Poultry Worker - Kafue

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in poultry farming, particularly with broilers.

Skills and Abilities:

• Poultry Care: Proficient in feeding, watering, and monitoring poultry health.
• Disease Control: Knowledgeable in identifying and managing common poultry diseases.
• Maintenance: Skilled in cleaning and maintaining poultry pens and equipment.
• Processing: Experienced in assisting with poultry processing and packaging.
• Attention to Detail: Careful observation and precise execution of tasks to ensure the health and productivity of the poultry.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment and supplies.
• Teamwork and Independence: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Personal Attributes:

• Dependability: Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle various tasks and changing conditions.
• Safety-Conscious: Committed to maintaining a safe working environment for both the poultry and co-workers.

Educational Background:

• Diploma or Certification in Agriculture or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Other Requirements:

• Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Zambia.
• Location: Preferably residing in or willing to relocate to Kafue, Kasaka, Zambia.
