M31 Research is seeking experienced Education Consultants to join our team in Zimbabwe. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in working with international organisations such as UNICEF, USAID, and World Bank. The ideal candidates will have expertise in conducting Education Assessments, Evaluations, and providing Technical Assistance to improve educational outcomes, particularly in Zimbabwe
Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in education assessments, evaluations, and research projects within Zimbabwe, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet the needs of our clients.
• Provide technical assistance and advisory support to international organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders in designing, implementing, and evaluating education programmes.
• Develop and review project proposals, technical reports, and other documentation related to education interventions, with a focus on improving access, equity, and quality of education.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret findings to guide education policy development and programme decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders, including local communities, educators, government officials, and donors, to ensure the relevance and impact of education initiatives.
• Stay current with the latest trends, research, and best practices in education, particularly as they pertain to the Zimbabwean context.
