Coordinators - Walvis Bay

We are looking for Coordinators.
Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer care enquiries in a timely fashion.
• Demonstrate capability to understand and execute customer enquiries.
• Maintain excellent and frequent customer communication.
• Display professionalism and sense of urgency.
• Act in a friendly and calm demeanour.
• Perform operational tasks according to customer requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers & authorities in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and trace of customer shipments.
• Operational reporting to customer and line manager
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager in line with general scope or duties and requirements
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping of file shipments.
• Populate and maintain proper records in operational software systems.
• Collect and record all customer expenses and outlays.
• Accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Follow up and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and authorities for document records
• Adhere to company and external site HSE guidelines.
• Use proper and applicable PPE when and where required.
• Escalate and report and HSE irregularities.
• Understand all company policies and procedures.
• Follow correct guidelines and escalation matrix of company policies and procedures.
• Complete any training as awarded or assigned by group departments or line managers
