Position : Client Success Manager - Rzeszów

We are looking for a Client Success Manager.
Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they understand how to use the product effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track client usage and success metrics to ensure they are getting maximum value from the product.
  • Problem Resolution:Address client issues or concerns promptly, collaborating with other departments as necessary to find solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions, resources, and support to help clients use the product effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Renewals and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services and facilitate contract renewals.
  • Reporting:Prepare reports on client health, usage statistics, and satisfaction levels for internal stakeholders.

Required profile for job ad : Client Success Manager - Rzeszów

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role is typically required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address client needs and issues.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
