We are looking for a Call Center Position.
Responsibilities :

  • Handling inbound calls: Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries, complaints, or requests.
  • Resolving customer issues: Identifying and resolving customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing product information: Answering questions about products or services.
  • Processing orders: Taking and processing customer orders.
  • Handling returns and exchanges: Assisting customers with returns or exchanges.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems for customers.
  • Providing technical guidance: Offering advice and support on how to use products or services.
  • Upselling and cross-selling: Promoting additional products or services to customers.
  • Closing sales: Converting customer inquiries into sales.
  • Recording customer information: Accurately entering customer data into databases.
  • Updating customer records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Adhering to quality standards: Following company guidelines for customer service and sales.
  • Monitoring performance: Tracking individual and team performance metrics.
  • Working in a team environment: Collaborating with other call center agents to achieve team goals.
  • Sharing knowledge: Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
