Position : Business Lead - Ibadan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Lead to join our team.

  • Build the marketing and sales team in the company to achieve the company’s growth plan
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Lead the business development team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the product teams to align strategies and ensure business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and reports to the executive team.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of business development activities against set targets.
