Position : Assistant Brand Manager - Lilongwe
We are seeking a proactive and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Lilongwe, Malawi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and market presence for our food/FMCG products. Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Product Management:
- Oversee product launches, packaging designs, and branding materials.
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and market performance metrics to assess brand success.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize brand positioning and growth strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams to align brand objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and retail partners.
Required profile for job ad : Assistant Brand Manager - Lilongwe
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG industry preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing tools.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the local market in Malawi and experience in the food/FMCG sector.
