M31 Research is seeking experienced Health Consultants to join our team in Zimbabwe. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in working with international organisations, such as UNICEF, USAID, and other major donors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in Health Assessments, Evaluations, and providing Technical Assistance, particularly in Zimbabwe.
Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in health-related assessments, evaluations, and research projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful results.
• Provide technical assistance and advisory support to international organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders in the design, implementation, and evaluation of health programmes.
• Develop and review project proposals, technical reports, and other documentation related to health interventions, tailored to the Zimbabwean context.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret findings to inform health policy development and programme decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders, including communities, health professionals, government officials, and donors, to ensure the relevance and success of health initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in global health, with a focus on applications within Zimbabwe.
