Senior Maintenance Supervisor - Hounde

This position is essential to Development and deployment of Planned Maintenance activities for a fleet of equipment, whilst delivering Equipment availability targets through planning of resources (Materials, Labor, Tools & Facilities and Critical information). This request is to improve supervision and cover day & night shift.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and controlling the mobile maintenance activities to ensure efficiency throughout
• Manage the human resources, facilities and operational resources of mobile maintenance department.
• Execute maintenance plans in safe, environmentally compliant and cost effective.
• Lead and manages mobile maintenance team responsible for executing maintenance plans.
• Executes operational maintenance activities based on equipment maintenance strategies.
• Oversees maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, maintenance tools, training and employee rotation.
• Direct supervision and QA/QC for maintenance tasks and backlog completion.
• Develops and implements best practices, processes, policies and systems within mobile maintenance that align with organization’s goals maximizing operational efficiencies.
• Liaise with mine operations and other departments to ensure equipment downtimes are coordinated effectively in such a way to achieve company’s production targets.
• Operating cost control and budget management.
