Communication Associate - Tindouf

Description

Poste proposé : Communication Associate - Tindouf

UNICEF works in some of the world’s most challenging environments to reach the most disadvantaged children — to save their lives, defend their rights, and help them realize their full potential. Operating in 190 countries and territories, UNICEF works every day, everywhere, for all children to build a better world — and never gives up.
UNICEF’s core mission is to promote and protect the rights of every child, across all programmes, advocacy initiatives, and operations. This commitment is operationalized through UNICEF’s Equity Strategy, which prioritizes the most disadvantaged and excluded children and families.
For UNICEF, equity means that every child has an equal opportunity to survive, develop, and thrive, free from discrimination, prejudice, or favoritism. Any inequality in a child’s chance in life constitutes a violation of their rights. Evidence consistently shows that investing in the health, education, and protection of the most vulnerable children not only enables them to reach their potential, but also promotes sustainable growth and stability for societies.
Equity-driven action accelerates progress toward the realization of children’s human rights, as enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, while supporting inclusive and equitable national development.
