Position : Ward Coordinator - Field

LogistoLines is actively seeking Coordinators for 47 Counties from each of Kenya's 1,450 wards. These roles are pivotal in identifying potential branches for LogistoLines Storage and Courier, recruiting stores into our network, and managing the delivery and storage of parcels, goods, and services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Identification: Assess and identify suitable businesses—such as retailers, shops to serve as LogistoLines branches.
  • Recruitment: Engage and onboard selected businesses into the LogistoLines network, ensuring they meet our operational standards.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the delivery and storage processes within your assigned ward, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the local area and community dynamics.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
