We are seeking a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our team onboard our Caribbean cruise ships. This position involves delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality at sea. The role requires providing attentive service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guest satisfaction through professionalism and efficiency.
Missions:

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed information on dietary options to accommodate an international clientele.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of meals and drinks.
  • Serve meals and beverages efficiently, maintaining a high level of service quality in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to strict maritime standards, and ensure a polished dining environment at all times.

Working onboard demands excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to diverse situations. The role involves working long hours and interacting with guests from various cultural backgrounds. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential.
