Position : Telemarketing Sales Representative - Remote In Us

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Telemarketing Sales Representative, Cold Caller, and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients in the real estate sector.
  • Pitch real estate products, services, or investment opportunities to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Provide information on available properties, promotions, and market trends.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and real estate needs.
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with real estate agents.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile for job ad : Telemarketing Sales Representative - Remote In Us

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (any industry, preferably in the real estate sector).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, market trends, and property types.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.
  • Familiar with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Good and Strong Internet Connection and a Laptop

Salary:

  • Starting salary: $150 per month, with commission based on sales performance and contracts. 

Commission (Cold callers only): $25 for getting a property under contract, $50 for closing property deals.

  • Salary Increment every 3 months (Quarterly Review)

Working hours : 9 AM to 4 PM EST (3 PM to 10 PM WAT), Monday to Friday
