Position : Tech Sales Executive - Abuja

CYBERGON are looking for a Tech Sales Executive 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads for CYBERGON
  • Present technical solutions and demonstrate product features to clients, adapting to their needs.
  • Proactively identify potential clients and initiate contact to create new business opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding CYBERGON's market share.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM software with accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with legal and technical teams to finalize contracts, ensuring both compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by fostering positive relationships and sharing the company’s value proposition with prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Engage in all company activities geared towards promoting the organisation, sales or it's vision.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in tech sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, and closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales automation tools.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for technology, IT products, and cybersecurity solutions.
