CYBERGON are looking for a Tech Sales Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads for CYBERGON
- Present technical solutions and demonstrate product features to clients, adapting to their needs.
- Proactively identify potential clients and initiate contact to create new business opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding CYBERGON's market share.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with prospective clients.
- Work closely with legal and technical teams to finalize contracts, ensuring both compliance and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador by fostering positive relationships and sharing the company’s value proposition with prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Engage in all company activities geared towards promoting the organisation, sales or it's vision.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
Required profile for job ad : Tech Sales Executive - Abuja
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in tech sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and closing high-value contracts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
