Position : Teacher - Ruaka
The kindergarten is seeking a qualified Teacher.
Responsibilities :
- Creating a Safe and Stimulating Environment: Designing a classroom that is both physically and emotionally safe, encouraging exploration, and promoting creativity.
- Establishing Classroom Rules and Routines: Implementing clear routines and expectations to help children feel secure and organized.
- Managing Student Behavior: Using positive reinforcement and gentle guidance to encourage positive behavior.
Required profile for job ad : Teacher - Ruaka
- ECD Diploma with 8+ years’ experience or ECD Degree with 5+ years is an added advantage; or equivalent training
- TSC Registered
- Strong academic background
- CBC trained, with great understanding and appreciation of CBC
- Demonstrable growth oriented in all aspects of the school
- Demonstrable leadership orientation
- Demonstrable computer proficiency
- Flexible, open to change, good attitude, child friendly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Committed Christian
- A self-motivated, energetic person who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic working environment.
