Position : Teacher - Ruaka

The kindergarten is seeking a qualified Teacher.
Responsibilities :

  • Creating a Safe and Stimulating Environment: Designing a classroom that is both physically and emotionally safe, encouraging exploration, and promoting creativity.
  • Establishing Classroom Rules and Routines: Implementing clear routines and expectations to help children feel secure and organized.
  • Managing Student Behavior: Using positive reinforcement and gentle guidance to encourage positive behavior.

Required profile for job ad : Teacher - Ruaka

 

  • ECD Diploma with 8+ years’ experience or ECD Degree with 5+ years is an added advantage; or equivalent training
  • TSC Registered
  • Strong academic background
  • CBC trained, with great understanding and appreciation of CBC
  • Demonstrable growth oriented in all aspects of the school
  • Demonstrable leadership orientation
  • Demonstrable computer proficiency
  • Flexible, open to change, good attitude, child friendly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Committed Christian
  • A self-motivated, energetic person who enjoys working in a busy and dynamic working environment.
