Position : Supply Chain Manager - North West

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. The role ensures that goods and services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.
This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, minimizing risk, and improving supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes.
  • Optimize network design, sourcing strategies, and distribution models.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service levels.

2. Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Oversee sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Mitigate supply risks through diversification and contingency planning.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to balance cost and availability.
  • Implement inventory control systems and best practices.
  • Oversee warehousing operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
  • Reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving stock.

4. Logistics & Distribution

  • Manage transportation and distribution operations.
  • Monitor delivery performance and service levels.
  • Optimize shipping routes and freight costs.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export and regulatory requirements.

5. Process Improvement & Systems

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Implement supply chain management systems and automation tools.
  • Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and improve decision-making.
  • Ensure integration between supply chain, finance, and sales functions.

6. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and manage operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

7. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field .
  • 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.).
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CIPS) are an advantage.
