Position : Store Manager - Oyo

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage the team, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a passion for excellence and efficiency in store management.
Responsibilities :
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency in all departments.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and profitability by implementing strategies to increase footfall, enhance customer experience, and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory control, and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; create schedules, assign duties, and ensure team collaboration and high performance.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring to staff, and implement incentive programs to boost morale.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational issues to the management team.
- Cost Control: Manage store expenses, ensure accurate financial records, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Required profile for job ad : Store Manager - Oyo
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a store management or retail management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
