We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage the team, and drive sales. Responsibilities :

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency in all departments.
• Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and profitability by implementing strategies to increase footfall, enhance customer experience, and meet sales targets.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory control, and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving complaints promptly.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; create schedules, assign duties, and ensure team collaboration and high performance.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring to staff, and implement incentive programs to boost morale.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational issues to the management team.
• Cost Control: Manage store expenses, ensure accurate financial records, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
