About the Role:As a SQL Server Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with development and DBA teams to design, audit, and enhance database structures and queries.
• Optimize performance and ensure smooth SQL release deployments.
• Guide and mentor developers in SQL best practices, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tables, views, triggers, complex stored procedures, and functions.
• Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries for performance improvement.
• Support and review development teams' SQL code, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Manage SQL release deployment using tools like RedGate SQL Compare, SQL Prompt, and GitHub.
• Implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices for secure and efficient SQL delivery.
• Lead training sessions to coach team members on SQL standards and practices.

Required Skills:

• Advanced expertise in SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell, and DBATools.
• Strong experience in SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and database monitoring.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Commitment to best practices: Clean Code, TDD, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to navigate complex technical challenges and mentor teams effectively.
• At least 7 years of experience in similar roles with a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (FR Bac +5).
• Fluent in English for effective collaboration with international teams.
