Position : Software Developer - Harare

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that meet business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, or desktop applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
  • Participate in code reviews and system testing
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or PHP
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
