Social Media Manager - Lagos

We seek a seasoned Senior Social Media Accounts Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience needs.
• Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service, to ensure aligned messaging and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform changes, applying this knowledge to optimize our social media strategy.
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and ad creative development.
• Develop and maintain social media governance policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
