We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator.
Responsibilities :

  • Content Creation: Developing engaging posts, videos, graphics, and other media tailored for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Community Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Designing and running social media campaigns to promote products, events, or services, often including paid ads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other platform-specific analytics to assess engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Brand Voice Consistency: Ensuring that all posts, interactions, and content align with the brand’s tone and identity.
  • Trend Analysis: Keeping up with trends, emerging platforms, and changes in social media algorithms to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message.

  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple social media accounts and campaigns, staying organized and on schedule.
  • SEO Knowledge: A solid understanding of SEO best practices for social media to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Customer Service Skills: Since social media involves customer interaction, the ability to respond promptly and professionally is critical.
