Job Description:
a)  Reservationsb)  To secure, cost and present product to the customer accurately, efficiently, timeously and with zero errors. (Groups and FITs)c)  Maintain & grow own customer based)  Professional and efficient stakeholder communication & liaisone)  General Administrationf)  Perform other duties as required by supervisorg)  Excellent customer service by offering excellent itineraries to meet and exceed agent & guest’s expectations.

Any other requirements and/or attributes required:
a)  Namibian citizen or Namibian permanent residenceb)  3 - 5 years' experience working for a Tour Operator / Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism will be an advantagec)  Passionate and understanding of the tourism industryd)  Good knowledge of Namibian, Botswana and Zimbabwe tourist attractions and routese)  Good computer literacy specifically in MS Word, Excel & Outlookf)  Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Englishg)  French/German/ Italian language will be an added advantageh)  Willingness & commitment to partake in ongoing trainingi)  Valid Code 08 driver’s license. C1 driver’s license will be an advantagej)  Must think logically with attention to detailk)  Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environmentl)  Good stress management skillsm)  Willing to work overtime as needed and meet & greet arriving clients over weekends and public holidays.
