Position : Senior Sales Manager - Accra

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales function. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-impact sales strategies, and leading sales teams to consistently exceed targets. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong leadership presence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to drive growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Establish and enforce sales policies, processes, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years progressive experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Experience managing large accounts and high-value clients.
