Position : Senior Human Resources Specialist - Dar Es Salaam

We are looking for Senior Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure hiring targets are met on time;
  • Explore and maintain various recruitment channels to expand sourcing reach;
  • Execute the recruitment process, including resume acquisition, screening, interview scheduling, interview evaluations, and coordination of second or final interviews;
  • Conduct background checks on prospective employees to verify the authenticity of their information;
  • Draft and issue offer letters, ensuring a smooth onboarding process;
  • Handle new employee onboarding procedures, including signing employment contracts in compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and labor disputes, to foster a harmonious work environment.

Required profile for job ad : Senior Human Resources Specialist - Dar Es Salaam

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Three to five years of relevant HR experience, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure;
  • Prior experience with cross-industry recruitment is a plus.
