About the Role
Our client, a leading player in the food and beverage sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to join their leadership team. This is a strategic role that requires a seasoned HR professional with proven expertise in driving organizational growth through people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Talent acquisition & retention: Lead recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance management: Oversee appraisal systems and ensure continuous employee development.
- Compliance & policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Training & development: Design and deliver programs to enhance workforce skills and leadership capacity.
- Employee relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in food & beverage or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
