Senior Financial Accountant - Johannesburg

• Finance accounting qualification BCom degree or equivalent
• 7 years’ experience in an accounting role being an accountant / Senior Accountant
• SAIPA Qualified (Non Negotiable)
• Finance Team management experience
• Payroll processing and HR experience (up to 100 staff)
• All Statutory Submission experience – EMP’s, VAT and other taxed
• SARS & Efiling experience
• Budgeting, forecasting and management account experience
• SAGE Accounting and SAGE payroll experience essential
• Good Excel experience
• Ability to prepare and present financial management reports
• Ability to process financial and payroll transactions

Min Requirements

• Full Accounting function – SAGE Accounting
• Oversee 5 financial clerk and report to the CEO
• General Ledger transactions
• Sales & Debtors transactions
• Purchases & Creditor transactions
• Cashbook & Cash management
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
• Creation of annual financial budgets
• Updating of monthly rolling forecasts
• Monthly financial reports
• Statutory reports – Payroll processing – SAGE Payroll – up to 100 staff
• Monthly PAYE/UIF/SDL payments
• Assist with Audit preparation
