Position : Senior Accountant - Juba

We are looking for a Senior Accountant.
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective financial control. The role supports management decision-making through timely financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and support their capacity development
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts
  • Ensure proper recording of production, inventory, and cost accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash management
  • Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external audits and respond to audit findings
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management
  • Strengthen internal controls and financial procedures
  • Support procurement and asset management processes

Required profile for job ad : Senior Accountant - Juba

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
  • Experience working with accounting software and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of local tax and financial regulations is an advantage
