Position : Salesperson - Kampala Industrial Area

We are looking for a Salesperson at Blacklyf.com.
Responsibilities :

  • Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to prospective customers,presenting Black's product range, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Lead Follow-up: Diligently follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to sale.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent after-sales support.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers and upselling existing customers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead status, and sales performance to the management team.

Required profile for job ad : Salesperson - Kampala Industrial Area

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tech or consumer electronics industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
