Position : Sales Representatives - Ikeja, Alaba International, Ojo, Ibadan

We are looking for a Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities :

  • Product knowledge: Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics and Mobile Phones)
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
  • Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of your Branch
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
  • Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Regularly reach out to potential customers

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience with mobile and electronics technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills
  • Products knowledge.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
