Position : Sales Representative (Power and Energy Battery) - Lusaka

As part of our efforts to serve our customers, Haisic Technology is actively seeking a Sales Representative (Power and Energy battery) to join our overseas sales team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational knowledge of lithium-ion batteries. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new products and related services.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the lithium-ion battery market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new market segments, regions, and applications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profits and minimize risks.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit, and market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in offline market and channel development, and direct customer development.
  • Excellent documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building harmonious relationships and credibility with various stakeholders.
  • Candidates with an understanding of East Asian culture and Mandarin will be given preference.

Other Requirements:

  • Good and stable internet connection, suitable for remote work.
