Position : Sales Representative - Harare

Reporting to the Director, the Sales team are responsible for promoting and selling our range of Surgical Products as well as providing excellent after sales support and service.
Joining a well-established team at a time of business development and growth, this is a good opportunity to take you to the next level of sales.  Your industry knowledge and competency will grow as you work alongside the industry experts in our team. Your main call area will be Harare and all peripheral Suburbs, while also catering for clients in various provinces
Our Sales Reps are;

  • Hybrid performers(i.e Out on the road and office based) calling on our current customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Upskilling themselves and learning about our products and solutions in the market

Responsibilities in the role will include;

  • Assisting customer in the selection of appropriate pumping solutions
  • Maintaining and servicing existing customer whilst actively prospecting new business
  • Creating a call cycle that meets customer and company expectations whilst supporting you to do well in this role.
  • Regularly reporting to provide feedback on customers, projects marketplace and competition
  • Offering solutions, making it easy to choose the company products
  • Answering technical questions and providing solutions

Required profile for job ad : Sales Representative - Harare

You will have;

  • A proven track record in sales (ideally Surgical products and equipment)
  • Good time management & communication skills – oral & written
  • The ability to establish, build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Initiative with the ability to manage your own call cycle
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility
  • Strong computer skills
  • Full, clean, drivers' licence
