Position : Sales Representative - Accra

We are seeking a Sales Representative (Field Sales) to support sales and business development activities on the Ghana,Cameroon & Ivory Coast market, representing a portfolio of international manufacturers of industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the complete sales cycle for equipment from our represented brands
  • Preparing technical and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements
  • Conducting field sales activities, including regular customer visits and on-site meetings
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
  • Actively identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
  • Conducting continuous market research and competitor analysis
  • Participating in local and international trade fairs, seminars, and industry events
  • Continuously improving technical and sales knowledge

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent (engineering, technology, chemistry, economics, or related fields)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and standard business tools)
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
  • Knowledge of French is a must
  • Valid Category B driving license (active driver)
  • Previous experience in field sales, technical sales, or B2B sales is considered an asset
