Sales & Marketing Executive - Dar Es Salaam

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities :

• Develop new clients and retain existing clients.
• Prompt and accurate responses to all incoming queries.
• Plan and attend to client meetings independently. 
• Handle quotations and negotiations effectively.
• Proactive periodic reports to management and provision of solutions.
• Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance.
• Drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed departmental targets and to achieve the revenue target.
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services by maintaining client records.
• Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including creating advertisements, conducting market research, and creating sales presentations.
• Develop and implement sales plans, including identifying target clients and creating sales strategies based on their needs.
• Create and manage websites, brochures, flyers, or other printed materials used in promotions.
• Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Plan a budget for a campaign and maintain records of expenses and revenues
• Engage in post-sale activities such as follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and opportunity status
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other events to generate leads and build awareness
• Forecast market trends
• Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
• Research market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
