Position : Sales Manager - Tema

We are looking for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for implementing sales plans, leading the team to achieve company sales targets, developing markets, maintaining customer relationships, and driving     business growth.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and organize their implementation.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Explore new markets, develop new clients, and expand market share.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Collect and analyze market information and competitors’ trends to support company decision-making.
  • Participate in major sales contract negotiations and signing to safeguard company interests.
  • Guide, train, and motivate sales team members to enhance overall sales capability.
  • Be responsible for sales budget and cost control to improve sales efficiency.
  • Submit regular sales reports and plans, reporting sales progress.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required profile for job ad : Sales Manager - Tema

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Strong market development ability and negotiation skills.
  •  Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure .
