We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and analyse market trends.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in [industry, if applicable] will be an added advantage.
