Position : Sales Executive - Nairobi
We are looking for a Sales Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect new individual and corporate clients to increase the service center's market share.
- Customer Consultation: Advise customers on necessary preventative maintenance, specialized repairs, and the benefits of using genuine spare parts.
- Service Estimates: Prepare and present accurate cost estimates and quotations for vehicle services, bodywork, or mechanical repairs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a robust database of existing clients, following up after service to ensure satisfaction and remind them of upcoming service intervals.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer value-added services such as ceramic coating, engine tuning, or seasonal safety inspections.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and service offerings within the Nairobi automotive sector to ensure the center remains competitive.
Required profile for job ad : Sales Executive - Nairobi
- Education
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Engineering.
- Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive or service industry.
- Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics, service intervals, and automotive parts.
- Communication
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to explain technical terms simply.
- Soft Skills
- Strong negotiation, persistence, and a customer-centric mindset.
