Our client is a fast-growing electronics and appliances retail company with multiple outlets across Accra. The company is committed to delivering quality products, excellent customer service, and strong operational discipline across all our stores. We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen sales performance company-wide.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership with solid accounting and financial insight to ensure both top-line growth and operational efficiency.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and work closely with outlet managers and the finance team to improve sales performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across all our retail outlets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and incentive programs
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with outlet managers and JV partners to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and average basket size
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting and reconciliation with accounting records
  • Analyze margins, discounts, stock movement, and revenue trends
  • Support inventory planning in collaboration with operations and finance teams
  • Enforce pricing, discount, and cash-handling policies across outlets
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or similar sales role (retail experience is essential)
  • Strong accounting and financial knowledge (sales reconciliation, margins, basic financial analysis)
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work across multiple outlets and manage diverse teams
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Ability and willingness to work for extended hours
  • Strong experience with digital sales and marketing channels

Added Advantages:

  • Experience using Odoo
  • Experience using Tally or similar accounting software

NOTE: We prefer candidates residing around Madina, where our HQ is located.
