Position : Sales Consultant - Tanzania
Alumil, one of the most evolved and technologically advanced groups in research, development and producing of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, desires to cover the following position in Tanzania.We are looking for a Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the accurate implementation of the company's commercial and credit policies, payment collection and the financial targets with the clients of its region
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners in order to create a strong loyal base of partners in Alumil's network
- Constantly visit the company's partners (fabricators or dealers) on a daily basis, support and advise them both in technical as much as in commercial issues, so our partners can become exceptionally good in their line of work.
- Work closely with company’s partner's (specifiers and fabricators) aiming to continually improve them. Advise them and consults them on how they could do more
- Find & develop new partners for Alumil and try to grow the company's market share by cross-selling or up-selling
- Have great knowledge over its market & products, and constantly update the team on any information that it got from the market about competition, products, or market situation, through market mapping, analysis and documentation
- Participate in the sector's exhibitions and road shows that are taking place in the region promoting new products & services (fabricators, specifiers)
Required profile for job ad : Sales Consultant - Tanzania
- Preferred Technical science study or University (Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Science-related studies)
- Certified sales seminars will be appreciated
- Excellent English knowledge
Professional skills:
- At least 3 years previous work experience in a similar position in the industry (in competition even)
- Required prior B2B sales experience
- Technical knowledge in the field of aluminium and construction is a plus
- Proven ability of using modern IT systems (CRM, ERP, Business Reporting, technical calculation models) is required
