Sales Consultant - Lima, Perú

Talk With Us combines call centers, retention marketing, and SMM. Currently, we have a presence in four countries (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, India, and Peru) and have been successfully operating since 2018; moreover, there are plans to expand by opening offices in Uzbekistan and the Philippines.
We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant with Advanced French, English, and/or Spanish. 
If you:

• Have advanced/native French (mandatory);
• Have advanced/native English or Spanish (mandatory);
• Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience;
• Are available to work rotating and night shifts;
• Have effective, clear, and persuasive communication skills;
• Demonstrate active listening and customer orientation;
• Can multitask effectively. 

Your responsibilities would include:

• Managing a portfolio of high-value VIP clients, monitoring their gaming activities, preferences, and betting history to ensure personalized and high-quality service;
• Conducting regular follow-ups with VIP clients to ensure continuous satisfaction and address any emerging needs, offering exclusive and personalized promotions and offers;
• Collecting and providing detailed client feedback to senior management for continuous improvement;
• Efficiently resolving complex problems and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and technical support, to ensure the complete customer service cycle for VIP clients;
• Implementing retention strategies to keep clients engaged and loyal through customer service via chat and phone calls;
• Managing CRM.
