Position : Sales Consultant - Accra
We are looking for Sales Consultant.
Essential Functions
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels (referrals, networking, online inquiries) to generate and build a pipeline of leads. < >Engage and meet with potential buyers / investors to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to provide personalized property recommendations.
Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits, and answering questions to address client needs.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed advice.
Manage and track leads, prospects, and sales opportunities, following up on inquiries, and moving them through the sales funnel.
Representing the company in trade shows and other related events.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process for each transaction.
Track and report on sales performance, lead status, and market conditions to the sales manager, ensuring targets are met.
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other required documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, addressing any concerns or questions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Offer insights and feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help refine the company’s sales strategy.
Performs other sales-related duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, negotiate deals, and build rapport.
- Ability to handle negotiations with buyers and investors, ensuring a positive outcome.
- A strong drive to achieve sales goals and grow the business, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all dealings with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to identify challenges or objections from clients and find creative, effective solutions.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in real estate or a sales role is highly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in property management, business administration or relevant discipline
Working Environment
- Equilibrium office and project sites, Accra – Ghana.
