Position : Sales and Marketing Manager - La, Accra

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the Park’s existing attractions.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales and marketing team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding guests’ requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the Park’s marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and creating engaging advertisement.
  • Supervising the creation of engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Ability to train, schedule, coach and manage and lead a dynamic Sales/PR team to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain personal and professional networks.

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales managerial role.
  • Experience in management is preferred.
