Position : Sales and Customer Service Representative - Windhoek

We are a dynamic and innovative company specialising in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge vehicle tracking systems. Our integrated solutions encompass PCB design, Android and iOS app development, web app development, and more. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable tracking system solutions.
  • Prepare and send quotations, write invoices, and manage statement generation.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Educate and inform potential clients about the capabilities of our vehicle tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to acquire and maintain a solid understanding of our product offerings.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

Required profile for job ad : Sales and Customer Service Representative - Windhoek

 

  • Minimum grade 12
  • At least 30 years of age
  • Non-smoker
  • Must have Namibian ID (be Namibian national or PRP holder)
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is essential;
  • Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, including a good understanding of Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the technical aspects of our vehicle tracking system.
