KumbuKumbu Lodge is a Luxury Tented Camp that offers an unparalleled experience of Tanzania’s breathtaking Serengeti, catering to high-end and mid-level travelers seeking unique safari adventures. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team.
Position Overview:We are seeking a Sales and Customer Relations Executive to strengthen our partnerships with local travel agencies, safari companies, and tour promoters. The ideal candidate will also manage direct customer interactions and support our operations team as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:

  • Agency and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local travel agents, tour promoters, and safari companies to ensure consistent room bookings at the camp.
  • Sales and Reservations: Drive room reservations through effective engagement with local partners and direct customer support.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to individual clients via our website, chat, and email channels, ensuring a seamless booking and inquiry process.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations team to enhance customer experience and support camp logistics as needed.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and team management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow into a leadership role within a fast-growing company.
  • Familiarity with the tourism industry in Tanzania is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $350/month.
  • 3% monthly performance bonus based on achieving sales and partnership objectives.
