Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
  • Optimize table turnover and ensure smooth workflow in the dining and kitchen areas.
