Position : Restaurant Manager - Accra - Airport Residential

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s signature restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team development. This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and aligns with Marriott’s global standards of service and quality
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
  • Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and safety across all dining areas
  • Implement Marriott brand standards and service protocols

Operational Management

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Oversee reservations, table management, and special event execution

Financial Performance

  • Monitor and control food and labor costs
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and POS reconciliation

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
  • Maintain proper documentation for inspections and audits
  • Uphold Marriott’s sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives

Required profile for job ad : Restaurant Manager - Accra - Airport Residential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 6-10 years of restaurant or F&B management experience, ideally in a 4-5 hotel setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Ghanaian hospitality regulations and international service standards
