Position : Remote Executive Manager – Property Management - Remote in US
We are looking for a Remote Executive Manager – Property Management.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc
- Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability
- Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover
- Review and approve property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
- Supervise property management staff and external contractors.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Required profile for job ad : Remote Executive Manager – Property Management - Remote in US
- Must be able to use the American accent to communicate effectively.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and internet navigation skills.
- General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 1+ years of Management experience.
Salary:
- Starting salary: $180 per month
- Salary Increment every 3 months (Quarterly Review).
