Position : Relationship Manager - Nairobi

We are looking for a Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Operations

  • Manage daily banking operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Oversee operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Provide financial advisory services including loans, investments, and account management.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.

Financial Analysis & Risk Management

  • Analyze financial data and customer profiles to assess creditworthiness.
  • Evaluate loan applications and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management policies and regulatory frameworks.

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote banking products such as loans, savings accounts, credit facilities, and investment products.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support the bank’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and operational performance reports for management.
  • Support internal and external audits.
